Inbox Options
Organizing the Inbox can be more challenging if you are managing your E-mail on a miniature phone screen. Microsoft Outlook comes with rules that can move the messages for you based on your criteria.
By definition, all E-mails come to the Inbox. You can program Microsoft Outlook with Inbox Rules that will route the E-mails to the right folder.
4. Try It: Find the Inbox Options
Right-click any message in the Message List
Go to Create rule.
